Your Family's Home Base for Outdoor Adventures in New Hampshire's White Mountains.
Located at 41 Maple Street, Lincoln, NH 03251, Penguin Ski Club is a member-run family club and lodge designed for parents and kids to ski, hike, bike, and unwind together. Just a short walk from downtown Lincoln and 3 miles from Loon Mountain, we're in the heart of "Ski 93" country.
Our historic building—once Lincoln High School—was bought by member families in 1968 and turned into a cozy 130-bed lodge. You'll find dorm rooms, two full kitchens, a big dining area, a living room, lounges, a sauna, and a ski/boot storage room.

Forget meal planning. Our hired kitchen staff serves up hearty continental breakfasts and warm dinners every ski weekend. Après-ski snacks hit the table at 4:30 PM. You show up hungry; we handle the rest.
Loon Mountain — 3 Miles Away.
The lodge sits just 3 miles from Loon Mountain. Drop your gear in the boot room Friday night and you're on the mountain in minutes Saturday morning — no long drives, no stress.
The Kids Are Covered — All Day.
When the slopes close, the fun doesn't stop. A full indoor gym, a pre-teen game room (under 13), a teen lounge (13–21) with video games, and billiards keep every age busy so parents can actually exhale.

The Classic Ski-House Experience — With Room for Everyone
Our home was once Lincoln High School. Since 1968, member families have turned it into a 130-bed cooperative lodge where kids roam free, parents unwind, and nobody has to plan the whole trip alone.
Dorm-Style Rooms
130 beds across 15 rooms — 7 male, 6 female, and 2 family rooms. Bunk beds, ski-house energy, and friendships made for life.
Pre-Teen Game Room
Ages 12 and under have their own dedicated space loaded with games, activities, and supervised fun while you ski.
Teen Lounge (13–21)
Video games, billiards, and a chill space where teens can decompress, socialize, and stay out of trouble.
Adult Reading Room
A quiet retreat with books, board games, and enough peace to actually finish a thought. Parents deserve a break too.
Sauna
After a long day on the mountain, there's nothing like a sauna soak. It's the oldest ski lodge tradition for a reason.

Each family helps host one weekend per season

After your visits, if Penguin feels like home, submit a membership application. The process is straightforward and the board is welcoming.

Associate Membership (2 Years)
Enjoy full ski-season access as an Associate Member for two years. You'll join the community, participate in weekend hosting, and experience everything the club offers—without full ownership yet.

Full Owner-Member
At the end of year two, member families vote you in as a permanent owner. You gain voting rights, equity in the building, and a stake in a club that belongs to all of us.
